Inside Sales Telemarketing Position Physician Office Market
Position Description
BioLife Solutions is recruiting for the first of a team of inside sales and telemarketing positions to promote our HypoThermosolฎ brand biopreservation medium to hair transplant surgeons. HypoThermosol is a proprietary GMP grade cell/tissue/organ preservation solution that has been adopted and independently validated by several leading clinical practitioners to extend the holding time of the explanted tissue strip and hair follicles to enable better procedure workflow, and also to promote faster and fuller hair growth following transplantation. The prospect base our inside seller will call into includes over 5,000 practitioners who perform over 250,000 procedures annually.
Qualified candidates will have proven success in meeting assigned sales targets as an inside seller or telemarketer.
Key Responsibilities
Meeting assigned sales targets using direct inside selling via phone, email, and fax.
Meeting daily and weekly activity targets for outbound marketing communications, phone follow-up, and closing new product sales.

Ability to reach clinical decision makers
Ability to deliver sales results, preferable with life sciences related products
Team player approach
Requirements
A.S., B.S. or B.A. degree (scientific discipline such as biology preferred)
Ability to work in our Bothell corporate office
Verifiable successful inside sales performance
Inside sales experience in the physician office market is strongly preferred
Candidates with no inside sales experience should not apply
Compensation
This entry mid level exempt sales position offers a comprehensive compensation package that includes a competitive salary, uncapped sales commissions, stock options, and health benefits. At plan compensation is estimated at $50,000 - $75,000.
