Modular cryogenic packout kit for secure, compliant payload management
The evo DV10 ModPak is a flexible, pre-validated packout system designed to organize and protect your cryogenic payloads inside the evo® DV10 Smart Shipper. Built for ease of use, regulatory compliance, and payload versatility, the ModPak enables efficient packing of a wide variety of sample types—while maintaining safety, containment, and temperature integrity throughout transit.
The ModPak system is suitable as a secondary packaging for Category B shipments when used within the evo DV10 Smart Shipper. ModPak includes Tyvek® inserts and an absorbent-lined containment bag that together simplifies loading and enhances compliance with cryogenic shipping regulations.
Whether you’re transporting blood cassettes, cryovials, or cryoboxes, ModPak offers a modular, protective format that adapts to your specific shipment requirements.

- Modular flexibility: Accommodates a wide variety of sample formats, supports up to 2 standard cryoboxes or 8 blood cassettes, and is easily reconfigured based on payload type and size.
- Single-use kit includes preloaded soft-extract inserts that ensure a snug fit, minimizing movement and shock in transit. Eliminates the need to manage equipment replacement and return, and advance site planning.
- Validated containment and absorption: Absorbent lining verified to capture up to 1,260 mL of LN2 or condensation, and helps maintain container integrity and regulatory compliance during transport.
- Durable, compliant materials: Includes 8 large and 1 small Tyvek® Inserts for secure sample separation that are supplied in sealed containment bags for safety and ease of handling. Absorbs both shock and liquid.
- Designed to satisfy secondary packaging requirements for IATA PI650 and FMCSA 49 CFR protocols.
