HypoThermosol® FRS (HTS-FRS) biopreservation media is a novel, engineered, optimized hypothermic storage and shipping media. It was designed to provide maximum storage and shipping stability for cells and tissues at 2-8°C. HypoThermosol mitigates temperature-induced molecular cell stress that occurs during chilling and rewarming, improving post-thaw viability.
HypoThermosol counterbalances all the mechanisms of injury that happen within a cell in the 2-8°C temperature range:
